Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of the order being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare, package, and hand off your order to the shipping carrier.


Once an order has been shipped and scanned in by the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx), responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. At that point, we are no longer responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.


Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. Any issues such as theft, loss after delivery, or carrier delays must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.


We are not responsible for:


  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Weather delays, carrier errors, or unforeseen shipping disruptions
